William Nathan Vallandigham, baritone, is a native of Sutton, New Hampshire. William’s most recent performance credit includes the roles of Maximillian and Cacambo in Angels Vocal Art’s production of Candide. The role of Francis Nurse in The Crucible will mark William’s 5th production singing with Opera Santa Barbara. Previous productions with OSB include chorister positions in Eugene Onegin, La bohème, Il barbiere di Siviglia, and Manon. William also appeared as the baritone soloist with the Distant Worlds Orchestra, performing the music of Nobuo Uematsu in Microsoft Theater. Other career highlights include performing in the North American staged premiere of Phillip Glass’s Kepler (Spoleto Festival USA). William earned his Bachelor of Music from Baldwin Wallace University and his Master of Music in Voice Performance and Pedagogy from Westminster Choir College. He currently resides in Los Angeles, where he maintains a private voice studio.
