20|21 Season | La Traviata Postponement

La Traviata Postponed to June 2021•

To our Opera SB Family,

We have made the tough decision to postpone our 20|21 Season Opener, La Traviata that was scheduled for September 15 & 17 at the Granada Theatre. We have rescheduled the production for June 4 & 6, 2021. You are not required to do anything at this time and your seats will be held for La Traviata. In the meantime, we hope you will enjoy our digital offerings for the rest of the 2020 calendar year.

Our Board, Team OSB, and myself have tried to remain optimistic in the hopes that the show could go on, but considering the continuing uncertainty in closures and reopenings, potential for indoor performance shutdown or limitations, and above all, our concern for the well-being of you, our staff, and our community, it seems prudent to make this decision now.

This has been a trying time for all of us since the cancellation of Romeo and Juliet. Since then, Opera SB has continued to provide inspiration and escape to our patrons here and around the world with livestreams, digital content, and even a socially distanced live concert. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

I hope that as part of the Opera SB Family you will continue to support us and enjoy our productions next season and all the content we are working to bring you for the rest of the year.
